CAN I HAVE THE PERSONAL ASSISTANT ORDER SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO MY ADDRESS, NOT YOUR WAREHOUSE?

No. All personal Assistant Service Order will be delivered to your ShipToBox US address. This is to ensure all items come correctly.

CAN I USE PERSONAL ASSISTANT SERVICE FOR ITEMS FROM AUCTION WEBSITE?

No. Personal Assistant Service is not available for auction website. We will not participate in the bidding process.

HOW CAN I CANCEL A PERSONAL SHOPPER ORDER?

Once a Personal Assistant Service order has been processed we may not be able to cancel it with the seller. Please check with the individual website you wish to order from regarding their cancellation policy. Changes cannot be made once a Personal Shopper order is successfully processed.
If you decide that you do not want the order, please notify our customer service to have the order returned once it arrives in your mailbox. All shipping fees to return the order will be paid by you. Once the vendor receives the returned package and we have confirmed the refund, your ShipToBox account will then be credited for the amount that was refunded for the returned order.

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE ORDERED VIA PERSONAL ASSISTANT SERVICE?

We will return any orders in accordance with the seller's return policy. All shipping fees to return the order will be paid by you. Once the seller receives the returned package and we have confirmed the refund, your ShipToBox account will then be credited for the amount that was refunded for the returned order.
This credit will be used before we invoice your credit card again. We will use the credit to pay for your next Personal Shopper order, shipping costs, or membership fees.

WHAT IS THE FEE FOR PERSONAL SHOPPING ASSISTANT SERVICE?

The service fee for the Personal Shopping Assistant varies by your payment method. For large amount order over $250 or if you have been a member for less than three months, personal shopping assistant service could only be paid by Wire Transfer and Western Union.
Credit Card and PayPal payment will not be accepted.
Since for the wire transfer and western union, it usually takes several days to complete, for your convenience, we strongly recommend you to deposit some credits in your ShipToBox account. Then when you want to place an order, we can purchase for you immediately.

Select insurance for your shipment
Put special shipping instruction and submit the shipping order
Our warehouse will process your shipping order as soon as get your shipping order in working time.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDER IS NOT IN STOCK OR THE STOCK QUANTITY IS LESS THAN I ORDERED?

It is customer's responsibility to ensure the items are in stock before ordering. If one item is not available, we will cancel this item from the order and process the rest. If the stock quantity is less than that ordered, we will notify the customer for either cancel this item from the order or change the quantity.
